

HydroApps Ongoing Updates
Here you will find a running list of the latest improvements to HydroApps, including new features, enhancements, and fixes across all modules. We update this page regularly to keep you informed about what’s new, what’s improved, and how we are continually working to support safer, more efficient aquatics operations. An update was made to the Public Dashboard feature to ensure that announcements were displaying correctly and would be archived according to the assigned date.

An update was released to correct certification date fields so they would be formatted as a date and sort correctly.

An update was released to allow users to add a min, max, min/max pool parameter test and edit the parameter settings once the test has been added. This will allow users to create alerts off their own pool test parameters and not just the standard testing values.

A fix was released addressing an issue where pool test alert emails weren't being sent when the body of water was comparing results to their local standards.

A fix was released addressing an issue where email alerts for completed incident reports weren't being set when the custom email parameter was enabled for that form.

A fix was released addressing an issue where the Equipment Manager report tab for Inventory Orders was giving an error when the All Facility option was selected.

A fix was released addressing an issue when creating an excel export of custom forms when the form name contained a "/".

An update was released to address an issue on the user management page that occurred when the "Show ## Entries" option was selected and a user profile was updated, the page would default back to showing 25 users but kept the status for the "Show ## Entries" and would go back to the first page of results. This page now keeps the selected number of users displayed and stays on the correct page.

An update was released to the certification report page that addressed an issue where more than one certification type would be displayed when using the certification type filter.

An update was released to address an issue where user availabilities could not be edited as a group when they were entered as a repeating pattern. Users can now update their availability patterns to change/delete the entire thing or only update a single date/time as needed.

An update was released to address an issue where a schedule manager was able to great a repeating shift group that extended past the last day of the schedule period. This allowed users to be Group Assigned or automatically assigned with SwiftShift and the shift could only be viewed on the assigned users schedule page. Repeating shifts are now blocked from repeating past the end date of the schedule period.

A fix was released to allow site admins to add users under the External User role type and edit their email alerts correctly.

An update was made the bulk upload wizard addressing an error where similarly named certifications would be assigned incorrectly to a user (i.e. Lifeguard Instructor & Lifeguard Instructor Trainer).

A fix was released for the time-off requests page to address an issue where positions with the same name at multiple facilities would be displayed on a user's list of assigned positions whether they had that position assigned to them or not.

A fix was released where to address an issue where certain admin level users where not able to reassign themselves to a facility if they had been unassigned from it.

A fix was released addressing an issue where pools setup to get alerts based on the local requirements weren't receiving those messages.

A fix was released addressing how facility filters were being applied in schedule management to ensure that only the staff assigned to the selected facilities were displaying.

A fix was released updating the format of the expiration date on the weekly certification report to ensure that it was in a date format for easier sorting.

A fix was released addressing an issue with the maintenance ticket information being displayed when viewing the “submitted by” field. This fix also ensured that users could see all maintenance tickets for their facilities if that permission was enabled and that all sorting features were working correctly.

A fix was released to properly pull the name of the staff member being evaluated in an audit to the report web view column of "Who".

A fix was released to properly include all names included in the "Other Attendees" option on the In-service form and all additional entries should now display properly on all versions of the reports.

A fix was released for forms that utilize more than one user selection question (Search for User answer type) to allow the same staff member to be selected in those fields. Previously a staff member could only be included in one field.

A fix was released to ensure that all new questions on a form default to populating at the bottom of the form unless assigned to appear after a specific question.

A fix was released to allow users with overlapping shifts in Schedule Manager (ex 9:00am – 12:00pm & 12:00pm – 4:00pm) to be scheduled and display as available.

An update was made the Weekly/Monthly certification report to include the primary facility of a staff member to allow for easier sorting of the list of expired certifications.

A fix was released to the In-service form to address an issue that occurred when searching for staff members to add to the attendees list where only a handful of users could be added before an error occurred and a new search was required.

A fix was released to the Schedule Manager schedule creation process to prevent schedules from being created where the end date occurs prior to the start date.

A fix was released to address an issue with some issues with multiple choice answers not formatting correctly and giving users an error when they attempt to edit them. This was typically impacting users who had forms created more than 2 years ago.

Error with Non-compliant checklist issues resolved – users would get an error if admin was the only user role selected as the responsible party
